I know the anwser is 16 but I cant figure out how to get to that anwser. I converted qt to ml and then divided by 30 since 30ml is 1oz but I get 16.66. What am I doing wrong? And is there an easier way to do this stuff? Im not allowed to use a calculator which makes me angry but mostly sad
