the employment trends for nurses are always inclining. the demand for nurses will always be increasing.
When asking about employment trends they want to know if jobs in the field are going to increase or decrease and how have they increased/decreased in the last couple of years. Check out the website for Bureua of Labor statistics, http://www.bls.gov

I just have to say, if you’re doing a paper on nursing, these are some pretty basic questions that you should already know the answer to, or you’re not trying hard enough to do your own homework.
