i have looked online for sample care plans but they dont seem to have enough information. please help me. i have to create my own.

    A plan consist of day to day nursing. When the patient eats, when to wash the patient, Sat with the patient, take temperature and so on. It like a daily activity guide.

    This should have been covered in your class. It gets easier the more you do it. Just cover the care you intend to do to address the realms of care.
