I want to do a RTP in nursing but have a criminal record and history of drug abuse. Can i be a RGN again?

I was a qualified nurse but have a history of substance abuse, I am clean and in recovery and want to return as a nurse but need to get on a RTP course. Is this possible or have I blown my chances?

    Find a councellor who will put you in touch with a sincere Pro Bono Advocate and if you are oK don’t see why you cant start a NEW life!
