what do they look for? was arrested at 17 for shoplifting. i know – stupid. but have not been in ANY trouble since. learned my lesson. will this hurt me?
i was fingerprinted then released to my parents. they had me write and apology letter to the store and i never went to court or anything.

Normally, records of minors are sealed at age 18. Not likely it will show up but there is always a chance.
It depends on the position…..if it’s a nursing assistant you probably will get hired
